Returns
Are you not entirely satisfied with your order? No problem! You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt.
How does returning work?
1. Register your return by sending an email to pawluxeboutiquenl@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Alternatively, go to the cancellation page and fill out the form.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, unused, unwashed, and with any labels still attached.
3. Send the package back to the following address:

4. Keep your shipping receipt until your return has been processed by us.
Please note: Return shipping costs (on average €6.95 for a package with track & trace) are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.
Received the wrong or a defective product?
Did you receive an incorrect or defective item? Our apologies! Please send an email to pawluxeboutiquenl@gmail.com within 2 days of receipt with:
- A clear description of the problem
- Photos of the product and the packaging
We will then provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement product or a refund of the return shipping costs.
Refund
As soon as we have received and checked your return shipment, you will receive the purchase amount back as quickly as possible and no later than 14 days via the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item. Would you like a different size or color? Please place a new order and return the unwanted item according to the process above.
