Returns
Not completely satisfied with your order? No problem! You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt .
How do returns work?
1. Register your return by sending an email to pawluxeboutiquenl@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, unused, unwashed and with any labels still attached.
3. Return the package to the following address:

4. Please keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed by us.
Please note: Return costs (on average €6.95 for a package with track & trace) are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.
Received the wrong or defective product?
Did you receive an incorrect or defective item? Our apologies! Please email pawluxeboutiquenl@gmail.com within 2 days of receipt with:
- A clear description of the problem
- Photos of the product and packaging
We will then provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement product or reimbursement of the return costs.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive the purchase amount as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days via the same payment method you used.
Swap
Unfortunately, it's not possible to exchange an item. Would you like a different size or color? Then place a new order and return the unwanted item following the process above.
