Returns
Not completely satisfied with your order? No problem! You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt.
How to return an item?
1. Register your return by sending an email to pawluxeboutiquenl@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
2. Pack the item well in its original packaging, unused, unwashed, and with any labels still attached.
3. Send the package back to the following address:

4. Keep your shipping receipt until your return has been processed by us.
Please note: Return costs (on average €6.95 for a package with track & trace) are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.
Received an incorrect or defective product?
Have you received an incorrect or defective item? Our apologies! Send an email within 2 days of receipt to pawluxeboutiquenl@gmail.com with:
- A clear description of the problem
- Photos of the product and packaging
We will then provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement product or reimbursement of return costs.
Refund
Once we have received and checked your return, you will receive the purchase amount as soon as possible and within 14 days at the latest via the same payment method you used to pay.
Exchange
It is unfortunately not possible to exchange an item. Do you want a different size or color? Then place a new order and return the unwanted item according to the process above.
